These terms govern the use of letsplan.fr during its pre-launch phase (waitlist signup).
Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern the use of letsplan.fr during the pre-launch phase. They will be supplemented by full Service Terms when the application launches.
Article 2 — Acceptance
Accessing the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.
Article 3 — Site access
The site is available free of charge, 24/7, except during maintenance or technical incidents. The publisher reserves the right to suspend access without notice.
Article 4 — Waitlist signup
Signing up implies:
- Providing a valid email address.
- Agreeing to receive a launch notification.
- Being at least 16 years old (GDPR limit without parental authorisation).
- Accepting the privacy policy.
Article 5 — Forbidden behaviour
- Using bots or scripts for mass signup.
- Signing up third-party emails without their consent.
- Attempting to intrude on backend systems.
- Malicious or abusive reports.
Article 6 — Liability
LetsPlan is provided "as is" during pre-launch. No commitment is made regarding permanent availability or a specific launch date. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of a service suspension or project discontinuation.

The publisher may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site at the time of your visit.
Article 10 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
French law applies. French courts have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
